The campaign button follows this order for every client: the broker's booking link, then their direct phone, then the site's booking page. Set a booking link below and every future birthday and holiday email to that broker's clients starts pointing at their own calendar.

Add & send set-up link

Creates their login and emails them a one-time link to set a password. They can also use Forgot password at /app afterward. Already on the roster? This just switches their login on and sends the link.
