Sends the branded "Your Experience Matters" email to active clients (tagged client, with an email and an assigned broker). Each email carries that client's own broker and a Write-a-Review button. Already-emailed clients are skipped automatically. Send a test to yourself first.

Last sign-in and last activity per active broker, most recent first. Never means they have not logged in yet.
⇄ Lead routing — round robin
Pick which agents receive incoming website leads and each agent's share. Double and Triple get proportionally more leads, interleaved (a Double next to an Equal deals A B A A B A). Assigned leads land in that agent's contacts and calendar, the agent gets a new-lead email, and the lead gets a branded welcome introducing their broker. While this list is empty, GoHighLevel keeps assigning — adding agents here is the cutover switch.
